We use several couriers to deliver our parts. We always aim to despatch your items from our warehouse within 48 hours on an overnight service subject to stock and time order is received except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. All deliveries will require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package between 8.30am and 6.00pm.
We need a signature for all goods sent out for security reasons and as proof of delivery. If you are not in when the driver calls to deliver your order, sometimes they will re attempt delivery the next working day depending on the carrier. In addition the carrier may hold the goods at their local depot for you to arrange collection. Some carriers reserve the right to charge a re delivery cost which we would have to pass onto you.
Before accepting delivery please check item is in good condition. Once signed for our couriers accept no liability for any potential damage caused in transit. By accepting the goods you are signing to say that they have been received in good condition. Any refused deliveries will be checked upon there return and we reserve the right charge an administration fee if they are found not to be faulty or damaged. Re-delivery charges may also apply.
The standard delivery charge of £5.95 is strictly for UK mainland only. Delivery to the Highlands and islands, off-shore islands (including the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man) and Northern Ireland are subject to separate delivery charges.

We Do not ship to Jersey or Guernsey. All sales to the channel Islands will be rejected.
Discount Tooling must be informed by email of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day after delivery using the online RMA system.
All returned items must be in the original packaging, accompanied with the original invoice and have all relevant paperwork enclosed. Any items sent back to us must not have any writing on the outer box or packaging and be in a fit state for resale. Our returns address must be written onto a plain piece of paper and attached with tape in order for the product to be eligible for refund. Failure to include this information and comply with the requirements will delay a possible refund.
